It's with a heavy heart that we feel compelled to cancel the upcoming Submerge Conference.  We were poised and eager for a very successful conference with a couple hundred folks from multiple churches.  However, in working with Putty, out of an abundance of caution and with wise counsel, we see no alternative but to cancel in this rapidly evolving crisis.  

Please use THIS LINK regarding refund options.  We will certainly refund your entire amount, but would let you know we have incurred expenses of about $1,500 in preparation for the conference.  If you're willing to consider a partial or no refund we would be grateful for your consideration and generosity.  If you're not in a position to do that at this time we completely understand. Should we end up with more than what's needed to meet expenditures, we will donate the excess to missions.  Refunds will be mailed by check in the next seven to ten days.  Unfortunately we do not have the ability to make refunds directly to your card.  
It is our desire to offer this conference again at some future date. Thanks for your understanding and let's continue to use this is as an opportunity to be the voice of faith over fear, generosity over hoarding, peace over panic.
